Saturday curry night was a success!

Beginning of the day:

We decided Cardamom curry was needed, prepared it to stage 5 of our recipe (20 min ish!) and put it into the slow cooker.

Prepared the Kulfi Ice cream and put in the freezer for later - Gardening to do you know!

Well we started with this - lovely! and even used our new bottle openers!

Then on with the onion and spinach pakora - a trial for our new gift box's - worked really well I have to say!

Curry is ready and it tasted fantastic! the slow cooker really intensifies the flavours

Then onto desert - this was just the right compliment to a warm curry, never made this before and was suprised at how well it turned out with very little effort - another one for our gift box!
