This was the result!

when you finish work and you cant be bothered to do anything I do like most people do! I walk around the supermarket not knowing what I want to eat or thinking "I cant be bothered cooking". so I look for the easier option! yes a microwave meal is ready in minutes, quick and easy!. Does that mean its good for you?? The truth is.... you dont care but you should. 
After a busy shift I went home and browsed twitter and I saw a page that looked interesting. it was @CravingCurries and I was intrigued by kits I could make myself at home and was healthy and sounded amazing. The process was simple enough even for me to do and after a few clicks I was done. The kit was delivered quickly and smelt amazing as soon as I opened the envelope.  once the ingredients were bought I couldnt wait. The directions of how to cook it were great and easy to follow and before me I was cooking a curry from scratch! within the hour I was eating a really nice meal that I had made and it tasted so much better than any meal ready made.
best thing thing about trying something new  was.... I was not disappointed.
