We took Craving Curries to France!
We visited Sarah & Peter at Forest View in Normandy - Home to our lovely little caravan (we leave it in storage at the site) and the place where Craving Curries was born!
In a very small 2 berth caravan we produced our lovely curries and had the whole site smelling the lovely spices as they cooked.
While hubby is out catching fish and me cooking away we had to partake in the French cocktail Lillet Rose - lovely but lethal!
Fish No 1 was a whopper - 35LB and the sites biggest recorded catch - not bad for a novice!
Then comes the food......

Campers and caravanner's around us were so impressed that we could make such fantastic curries in a small van with a small cooker they wanted to try them too!
Lucky we took some extra kits :)
The weather was variable!
But the fishing was good....
And so was the wine - Rude not to!
Not forgetting Tiggy - the site cat who loves prawns!
Meeting some lovely people who may or may not use Craving Curries it was hard to leave but we needed to come home and get your lovely Curry kits made up ready for the orders coming in!
If you ever visit France you must give Forest View a try, fantastic site, fantastic owners and all the visitors we met were lovely!

ReplyDeleteYes we did and yes we did! easy peasy to make them we did the chiclpea and cardamom kits and they are both quick and easy :)
