Makhani with a summer feeling

BBQ nights are still Curry nights! 

Marinade and skewer the meat and cook on the BBQ - Sauce made as normal 

Made a lovely change for the warmer nights :)

    Possible with any of the kits you need to marinade - Butter Chicken, makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala - give it a go!
