Craving Curries very own Curry night!

Oh wow what a fantastic meal last night!

Starting with a new cauli and potato curry we are trialling, a very dry curry - perfect as a side dish or starter, we served this with home made cucumber Raita and samosa



Then on with the bread - we made the Paranthia dough and stuffed it with some of the cauli and potato curry chopped up a little - fried in a little oil and it worked really well!





Main dish was our Hot & Sour Prawn served with the paranthia and basmati rice
